lieta di
annunciare che la piramide iniziale di
15 produttori è completa.
L'idea per la
presentazione ‘LA SCELTA’ DEL VIGNAIOLO al Castello di Potentino è molto
semplice. Si crea una piramide di aziende scelti dai produttori se stessi – una
guida auto-costruita e organica.
'La scelta del
Vignaiolo' inizia cosi - scelgo io due produttori. Questi 2 fanno la scelta di
2, quelli 4 fanno la scelta di 2 e cosi via. Per ora chiudiamo al numero quindici.
Poi, prossimamente iniziamo degli ultimi 8 per fare una rete sempre più
grande.
L'evento al
Castello di Potentino consiste semplicemente di assaggiare i vini con I
produttori & invitati in un ambiente non formale con una merenda.

I am
proud to announce that the first pyramid of 15 producers has been chosen.
The premise for the
Winemaker’s Choice tasting at Castello di Potentino is very simple. To create a
selection of wine estates chosen by winemakers themselves- a guide that grows
organically.
The Winemaker’s Choice
begins by my selecting two winemakers. These two winemakers each select two
further winemakers; those 4 select a further 2 each and so on. For now we are starting
with the first 15 winemakers. For the next event, we will start with the last 8
winemakers to create a larger network.
There will be a simple
tasting at Castello di Potentino where the winemakers and the guests can taste
the wines in an informal setting followed by a light lunch.
